The current study is composed of three chapters: the first is an introduction to the research paper, the second is a review of literature, the definition of a teacher learning community, and the nature of the case study of an English teacher learning community in Iraq. The focus of the research will be to study this educational community through a descriptive case. This article gives general guidelines for EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teachers interested in incorporating case studies in their teaching; it also provides an example of a case study that can be used as is or as a model that teachers can adapt to their needs. The teacher's role is that of a facilitator and advisor who circulates among the students and is available for language-related questions. The third chapter is a conclusion that sums up the findings of the research paper.
