The patient noticed that she had irregular vaginal bleeding of gradual onset , stationary course for 11 month duration without blood clots or endometrial casts and pain, and the number of pads increase instead of 3 pads/day for 3 days it's now using 10pads/day for 7 days and recurring every 20 days instead of every 24 days.
