Leave Entitlement and Scheduling The second party can enjoy their annual leave or unpaid leave during the academic year, whether it is a long break or between semesters, as well as during the summer holiday.The employee is entitled to full pay during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays, as determined by the Minister of Human Resources and the executive regulations of the Labor Law.The second party is also entitled to other special leaves as stipulated by the law, provided the conditions for entitlement are met.
