Guichon was appointed to run the Lenotre boutique and school in Cannes after completing his training.Hejon served as a special counselor and taught master classes, eventually co-founding the Pastry Academy in Las Vegas with Belgian chef Michelle Ernotts in 2019.After his success as a pastry chef, Heshon began posting videos about the process of making sweets on social media.
