Purpose: Artificial Intelligence is an essential component in the process of recruitment and selection process.Organization has been using the AI tools for the recruitment and selection process in today's time and this research will analyze every aspect of it. Survey Questionnaire method has been taken into consideration for the purpose of analysis regarding the perspective of the employees.This study looked at how artificial intelligence (AI) is impacting employers and applicants, particularly in the early phases of the hiring process.The overall goal of this study was to make recommendations on how to improve recruitment processes in light of the introduction of AI technology.It also evaluates the contemporary application of AI for the most efficient and successful hiring of high- performing candidates.Paper Type: Empirical Research Paper
