Hisham has been serving as the Head of the Human Resources & Administration Department at the Military Technological College since its establishment.Hisham was also nominated to lead a working group tasked with developing a strategic plan for several units, including workforce estimates and budget planning.I found that the work carried out by Hisham at the Military Technological College was of exceptional quality, particularly in relation to the strategic proposals he developed for recruitment and professional staff development.Under his leadership, the group produced outstanding work that was later presented at a leadership meeting with great success.
