Saudi Arabia possesses significant advantages in terms of geography, culture, society, demographics, and economy. The nation's vision for the future rests on three pillars: its position as the heart of the Arab and Islamic worlds, its investment power to foster economic diversification and sustainability, and its strategic location to drive international trade between Africa, Asia, and Europe.

The country's unique status as the location of the Two Holy Mosques, the most sacred sites in Islam, holds immense value. The Hajj and Umrah Vision Realization Program aims to enable the maximum number of Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah by expanding and improving facilities and transportation around the holy sites. This program will enhance services for pilgrims before, during, and after their visits to Makkah, reflecting the sacredness of the Two Holy Mosques.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia plans to offer wider tourism, cultural, and historical programs for Umrah performers. To achieve this, infrastructure development and private sector support for high-quality Umrah services will be prioritized.  The program will also focus on the revival, preservation, promotion, and classification of Islamic, Arab, and national heritage through museum and historical site support, funding preservation efforts, and promoting local traditions.

Cultural tourism destinations, including the world's largest "open-air museum" at Al-Ula, and the re-establishment of art and crafts centers are being planned. By leveraging its vibrant economy, Saudi Arabia will develop tourism infrastructure to create new holiday resorts and attractions.
