The most prevalent goal in the Arab countries in my opinion is Gender, as nowadays we 
have seen a lot of improvement in the rules and policies to enable women to become an 
important part at any organization. This gender equality as well allows women to share its 
knowledge from different perspective to the whole world as a wife, mother, and the most 
important as a women
