The present study aimed at investigating the effect of a suggested Program based on developing preparatory pupils' overall speaking skills and main skills namely, pronunciation, language competence(vocabulary, grammar), discourage competence, fluency and nonverbal skills and on promoting their speaking attitudes.Moreover, the qualitative analysis showed pupils' strong positive attitudes towards the program.A speaking skills checklist, a pre/post- speaking test, a speaking rubric, and a speaking attitude scale, validated and approved by a panel of jury(EFL specialist), were administered to achieve the study aims.It was concluded that the suggested program verified to be effective in improving first-year preparatory pupils' speaking skill and on promoting strong positive attitudes toward it.It included eighteen sessions; nine sessions were delivered on face to face mode via the Edmodo platform.Results provided support for mean score of experiment group revealed large effect size of the suggested program on developing pupil's overall speaking skill and main skills.Consequently, a group of 41first year preparatory pupils were randomly selected and received the program.Besides, analyzing the attitudes scale revealed large effect of the program on promoting speaking attitudes.The study adopts the one pre experiment group design.The suggested program was taught over nearly three months.
