In today's digital era, children are increasingly exposed to the internet and computing technologies from a young age.By synthesizing existing research and recommendations, this paper aims to inform educators, parents, policymakers, and other stakeholders about the importance of internet and computing ethics education for children and provide insights into effective strategies for promoting ethical behavior in the digital age.This paper provides a comprehensive review of internet and computing ethics for children, examining key principles, challenges, educational approaches, and best practices in promoting ethical behavior online.
