Another important role is selecting suitable teaching strategies according to students' needs.They are strategies that encourage students to become active thinkers and independent learners.Before the lesson, I carefully selected routines that matched the lesson objectives and students' age level.One important role of the teacher is planning meaningful learning experiences.
