Project information and documentation must be developed and produced using BIM 
authoring tools, data integration, and collaborative team workflow environments to 
meet submittal requirements.It is the consultants' and contractors' responsibility to have or acquire, at 
their own expense, the software, hardware, and trained personnel required to use BIM 
for the project successfully.throughout every stage of the 
undertaking.
