Dear Ahmad,
Thank you for your feedback.
Although this is a relatively small item, I believe we should look at the issue from a cost and long-term value perspective.
The available alternatives in the market are mostly non-original, and based on experience, such items may fail again within a short period. Replacing the same item repeatedly would result in unnecessary and avoidable expenditure, which ultimately represents a waste of the company’s resources.
Therefore, I believe it would be more cost-effective to address the issue properly from the beginning and find an original part or a reliable equivalent that will provide a sustainable solution, rather than purchasing a cheaper alternative that may need to be replaced again shortly.
Our objective should be to avoid repeated spending on the same issue and ensure that every purchase provides proper value for money.
Kindly check with the suppliers for a reliable and cost-effective long-term solution and advise accordingly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
