We will discuss the relationship between dietary patterns and biochemical parameters among bachelor's nursing students (165). There is a relationship between unhealthy dietary patterns and BMI. And when we take about cholesterol, the study showed there is a significant relationship between a healthy diet and cholesterol, as the largest percentage is found in the low level of 50 percent, and the evidence for this is a sample of 67 people was obtained. This study's results indicated a relationship between diet and total blood cholesterol levels in (Muhammadiyah Parepare University,2022) lecturers using the Chi-Square test and obtained p = 0.001 < ? = 0.005. Based on the research that has been done, using the Chi-Square test, There is no relationship between unhealthy diet and cholesterol, as there is 51.6% of the low level, and this scientifically contradicts the facts and evidence for that Total cholesterol concentrations showed a significant association with all food commodities, except for alcohol consumption. The association was stronger with meat (r = 0.62, p < 0.001) and egg (r = 0.62, p < 0.001) consumption and with life expectancy (r = 0.69, p < 0.001) and per capita GDP (r = 0.61, p < 0.001). It became clear to us- ,that those whose systems are unhealthy, and that they represent more than half of the sample have normal HDL, Cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations were measured by enzymatic methods with a( Hitachi 705 automated spectrophotometer).
