ABSTRACT:
تم استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي واعتبارها أداة رئيسية للاتصال لتسهيل التواصل والاتصالات.
تم دمج التكنولوجيا في الاكاديمية والعمل ويجب استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعية خاصة في التعليم.
لذلك الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم معرفة محاضري الكليات لاستخدامهم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في البحوث وتعليم التمريض

الدراسة تمت على 35 شخص وهي قائمة على ثلاث أسس وهي : المعرفة والوقف والممارسة

مصطلح وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي صعب تعريفه لأنه يتضمن العديد من الامور المختلفة, وان عرفناه فهو عبارة عن التطبيقات التي تسمح بتكوين محادثة ثنائية فأكثر بين الناس.

هناك اختلافات كبيرة بين تطبيقات التواصل المختلفة واستخداماتها الفيس بوك واليوتيوب هما الاكثر حصولا على الزوار
وهما الاكثر استخداماَ من قبل اعضاء هيئة التدريس في كتابتهم لتقاريرهم في استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
تركيز وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي يكون في استخدام الايميل وتطبيقات التواصل بشكل عام للتعليم وكتابة البحوث.
الممرضات والمعلمات بحاجة الى استخدام التكنولوجيا في المناهج والتعليم عن بعد
تظهر النتائج أن معظم معلمي هيئة التدريس يستخدمون البريد للتواصل مع طلابهم
تستخدم الكليات Facebook و YouTube للتعليم عن بعد , لكن عددًا قليلاً من المشاركين أبلغوا عن استخدام التطبيقات الاخرى

اخيرا لا يوجد اي علاقة بين الجنس والعمر للتدريس والبحث في مجال التمريض لاستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

CONCLUSION:
بعد مجموعة من البحث , اظهرت هذه الدراسة النطاق الغير جيد لهيئة التدريس ,لذلك مزيد من التعقيد والتحديات لإداريين الجامعة مهمه جداَ , هذه الأهداف ضرورية لتسهيل
التواصل بين المعلم والطالب.

Social media has been used and considered as a major tool of communication to facilitate communication.
Technology has been integrated into the academy and work, and social media must be used, especially in education.
Therefore, the aim of this study is to assess the knowledge of college lecturers on their use of social media in research and nursing education

Facebook and YouTube are the ones that get more visitors And they are the two most used by faculty members in writing their reports using social media.

The focus of social media is in the use of email and communication applications in general for teaching and writing research papers.
