Unrivaled president Alex Bazzell has previosuly admitted the organisation was keeping a space open for Clark, which would explain the creation of two wildcard spots, should the Fever guard decide to change her mind before the New Year."We're always going to have a roster spot for Caitlin Clark," Bazzell told Sportico. "We're not applying a full-court press the way people think... She knows that we have a spot for her when she's ready.
