In coastal cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi, houses were made from mud and stone, and summers were extremely hot! To cool their homes, people used "barjeel" (wind towers) for natural air conditioning. In the desert, the Bedouins lived a completely different lifestyle, relying on camels for travel and water from wells.

Despite the lack of resources, communities were very close-knit. Family and tribe played a big role in everyone’s life, and people helped each other with everything. Celebrations and occasions were simple but full of love and generosity. 🌙💫

After oil was discovered in the 1950s and 1960s, life in the UAE changed quickly! The country began building infrastructure like roads, schools, and hospitals, transforming from a pearl-dependent nation to one of the richest countries in the world. Of course, this was thanks to the wise leadership and future vision of the UAE's rulers.

Today, the UAE is modern, advanced, and attracts people from all over the world. However, the country's heritage and old traditions are still celebrated, so people never forget their roots and the days of simplicity. ✨
