Banana peels, pre-treated with a 0.5% Na2S2O5 solution, were boiled in distilled water for 30 minutes. After drying and blending, the resulting paste was filtered to obtain banana peel starch. 25ml of this starch, mixed with 3ml acetic acid and 2ml propan-1,2,3-triol, was poured into a petri dish and baked at 60°C for 30 minutes, creating a biodegradable film. 2.5cm x 2.5cm pieces of this film were buried 5cm deep, watered regularly, and their weight and length (both initial and after stretching) were monitored at two-day intervals after removal and cleaning. A stainless steel knife was used to chop the bananas into little pieces after removing their skins. Before the boiling operation, the banana peels were soaked in a 0.5% Na2S2O5 solution. It was cooked for thirty minutes. They cut the biodegradable film into 2.5cm × 2.5cm pieces. The film was then buried five centimeters deep. Water will be sprayed at regular intervals. The soil samples were .removed and cleaned with distilled water at intervals of around two days. The specimens were then dried and their weight was determined. They chopped the biodegradable plastic. The biodegradable plastic's original length was measured and noted. Stretching the biodegradable plastic increased its original length. The plastic's length was measured once more and noted.
