The Higher Diploma in English Language program is a program full of experiences.Also, the subject of classroom interaction, the subject of measurement, the education system, and the subject of guidance and counseling must intensify the practical application in these subjects in order to make it easier for teachers to deal with them in the future.There are many proposals that must be developed, namely unifying subjects and classes between weekday and weekend students.We studied curricula and teaching, where they taught us how to design and write a study plan, but they did not intensify the lesson much or implement it. They had to apply writing a study plan in different lessons so that the student in the future, during teaching, could write an integrated plan.In the educational psychology subject, we studied the different situations of students that we encounter during teaching and how these situations should be dealt with, but while teaching this subject they must apply it practically to a specific situation in order to make it easier for them to deal with it in the future.

We also studied technology, which is a rich subject in which they learned how to use technology in education. They should have focused more on the practical subject than the theoretical one. The use of programs should be applied more. We studied curricula and teaching, where they taught us how to design and write a study plan, but they did not intensify the lesson much or implement it. They had to apply writing a study plan in different lessons so that the student in the future, during teaching, could write an integrated plan.

However, the amount of information in the subject must be reduced and the practicality in the subject must be intensified because in the future the teacher will need to use different methods of teaching.
Also, the subject of classroom interaction, the subject of measurement, the education system, and the subject of guidance and counseling must intensify the practical application in these subjects in order to make it easier for teachers to deal with them in the future. They must also reduce the amount of rich information in the subjects and focus on the practical.
Practical training is an appropriate and important subject during qualification studies because it motivates students to apply the teaching in school and make an integrated plan for any lesson. However, during training, rehabilitation students must completely free themselves from studying the subjects and focus only on training because training requires the mind to be free only for training. they need to put in a lot of effort during training.
