The condition started 5 months ago when she always believed that her hands are dirty and contaminated with bacteria. This thought was recurrent even if she washed her hands.
She always says that her hands seem to be clean but these organisms will harm her. These thoughts are not relieved except when she rush to the bathroom and wash her hands by water and very strong disinfectant she bought from a nearby pharmacy.

She has no death thoughts, previous suicidal attempt, guilt feeling or psychomotor agitation or retardation.
No appetite, sleep or libido abnormalities.
No psychotic symptoms as delusions or hallucinations.
She didn't sought medical advice before or take any medications for this condition.
