shared halls, meeting rooms, training rooms, pantry, IT room, security office,
receptions, office rooms, cabins, cubicles, etc.)
c. Cleaning grounds, plazas, guard rooms, food truck enclave, pavements, structures,
and facilities if applicable within a 50-meter radius around the buildings or as
required by NEOM
d. Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, mopping with disinfectant/cleaner of the
area covered under the contract such as offices, conference rooms, data room,
storerooms & utility rooms
e. Cleaning of bins, wastepaper baskets, shredder etc.f. Daily cleaning of facilities inclusive of all internal facilities i.e., floors, walls, sofas,
chairs, tables, cabinetry, light fixtures, furnishings, mats, partitions, desks, lamps,
glass panell, monitors and keyboards as per an approved SOP and operation
schedule by NEOM.n. Cleaning of all open areas between the building and boundary including sweeping
of roads, lawns, paths, landscaping, canopy area, smoking zones, parking lots,
passengers' shelters, utilities area, stairs etc.Cleaning services for both internal and external areas and all associated products
(including disinfectant services) suitable for tenants of each offices compound type 7
days/ week (from 07:00-18:00 hours) at a frequency with sufficient manpower.l. Cleaning and dusting of electrical switchboards, light fixtures, fans, air conditioner
vents, overhead light fixtures, projectors, fire-fighting equipment, nameplates, plant
boxes, door mats etc.

all service facility and equipment with chemical and procedure approved by the
Employer. Continuous cleaning shall be accomplished prior to and during service
periods as required.
Contractor shall abide by all condition defined in the master catering and food service
plans. This includes deep clean and sanitize kitchen, equipment, dishes, and utensils etc.
to H.A.C.C.P food safety management system standards.
Cleaning services for both internal and external areas and all associated products
(including disinfectant services) suitable for tenants of each offices compound type 7
days/ week (from 07:00-18:00 hours) at a frequency with sufficient manpower.
Contractor shall have a minimum of 1 cleaner in the night shift (18:00 - 07:00 hours) to
continue any required deep cleaning and to attend any client requirements. Contractor
shall ensure the following (), but not limited to,
a. Contractor shall provide all the dispensers such as soap, tissue and hand sanitizer at
the washrooms and common areas.
b. Removal of waste and any other garbage from the entire offices compound (such as
shared halls, meeting rooms, training rooms, pantry, IT room, security office,
receptions, office rooms, cabins, cubicles, etc.)
c. Cleaning grounds, plazas, guard rooms, food truck enclave, pavements, structures,
and facilities if applicable within a 50-meter radius around the buildings or as
required by NEOM
d. Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, mopping with disinfectant/cleaner of the
area covered under the contract such as offices, conference rooms, data room,
storerooms & utility rooms
e. Cleaning of bins, wastepaper baskets, shredder etc. and disposing off all the
collected refuse at designated site on daily basis.
f. Daily cleaning of facilities inclusive of all internal facilities i.e., floors, walls, sofas,
chairs, tables, cabinetry, light fixtures, furnishings, mats, partitions, desks, lamps,
glass panell, monitors and keyboards as per an approved SOP and operation
schedule by NEOM.
g. Daily vacuuming and weekly deep cleaning/ shampooing of carpet
h. Dusting of all doors and windows, fixtures, AC, equipment, accessories etc. and
cleaning of all windows glasses and grills/ blinds.
i. Spraying Room Fresheners/ automatic fresh in all offices, daily at regular intervals.
j. Scrubbing/cleaning of toilets, washbasins, sanitary fittings, mirrors, glasses, toilets,
etc.
k. Re-stock toiletries which include liquid hand soap, air fresheners, toilet paper, facial
tissues, paper towels, naphthalene balls in toilets etc.
l. Cleaning and dusting of electrical switchboards, light fixtures, fans, air conditioner
vents, overhead light fixtures, projectors, fire-fighting equipment, nameplates, plant
boxes, door mats etc.
m. Collecting paper, toner cartridges, plastic, aluminium, glass, and other waste items
for recycling.
n. Cleaning of all open areas between the building and boundary including sweeping
of roads, lawns, paths, landscaping, canopy area, smoking zones, parking lots,
passengers' shelters, utilities area, stairs etc. The contractor is responsible for the
procurement, correct use, and storage of all associated products. Where required
the contractor is required to be able to produce COSHH and Safety data sheets for
all hazardous products in use at the facility.
o. Cleaning the containers on a routine basis of not less than once a week using steam
or other such methods to remove foreign material and unsightly markings.
p. Contractor shall sweep and clean the streets and access roads. These shall include
removal of sand accumulation along curbs, sidewalks, rain drainages, water outlets,
culverts, crawl space under buildings, and similar areas.
q. Remove accumulated refuse including paper, leaves, weed, boxes, excess sand, and
trash from either or both sides of the fence.
