With 18 years' experience in Qatar, including seven years representing the Ministry of Qatar and Ashghal on five major projects (two Doha expressways, two sewer projects, and a stormwater project), I've cultivated strong relationships with key personnel across various departments, including Drainage Affairs, MOI, Ooredoo, Civil Defence, and Kahramaa. My 11+ years at Energy City Qatar involved overseeing all projects, monitoring sub-developer and contractor infrastructure work, coordinating with Lusail, Kahramaa, and PWA, researching utilities, and generating regular progress reports. Throughout my career, I've collaborated extensively with management firms and consultants, addressing contractor claims, EOTs, and variations on numerous projects.

I have eighteen years of experience, including seven years working on five projects as a representative of the Ministry of Qatar and the Public Works Authority (Ashghal): two Doha expressway projects with Road Affairs, two sewer projects, and a stormwater project with Drainage Affairs.
I developed close ties with the directors, department heads, and all the site's engineers throughout my time working for the Public Works Authority and the Ministry of Municipality. In order to obtain regulatory approval for closing and opening pumps, sewers, and surface water chambers, I also maintain a positive working relationship with the engineers and technical personnel of Drainage Affairs' operation and maintenance department. The same is true for MOI, Ooredoo, Civil Defence, and KAHRAMAA-Water & Electricity Corporations' operations and maintenance.
Since 2002, I have been employed in Qatar. For every project I worked on, I collaborated with management firms and consultants. As my resume indicates, I worked at Energy City Qatar (ECQ) in Lusail for over 11 years, overseeing all projects and monitoring the infrastructure work of the sub-developers and the contractor. Lusail, Kahramaa, PWA (roads, drainage, etc.), MOI, and other authorities are some of the parties I coordinate with. Along with managing other projects related to the ECQ project, I also researched interface utilities and wrote reports on them.
