    On the 27th January I texted the seller asking him when we can meet and finalize the transaction and the response were not straight he start telling me to call his brother of which I did and the brother said the vehicle was sold already and I told them to refund my deposit since the agreed date was not reached and he told me go and report anywhere you want we are not giving you back your deposit.
