to participate, through recommendations and opinions, in the establishment of annual and multi-annual programs in the field of prevention of occupational risks and to promote the coordination of the programs implemented;

to contribute to the definition of the ways and means necessary for the improvement of working conditions; to examine the periodic reviews of the programs carried out and to give opinions on the results obtained.
The composition, organization and operation of this board are set by regulation.
