Type of colon cancer

is caused by mutations in the tumor suppressor genes and tumor genes and affects
people who do not have a genetic mutation or a family history of having this disease [16]. The
second type is hereditary and diagnoses about 5% of colon cancer patients and is caused by
mutations in the DNA repair mechanisms that affect people who inherit these mutations, from
parents and the third type is familial and constitutes about 25% of colon cancer patients, it affects
people who have first_ degree relatives with colon cancer, and it is not necessary for them to be
infected, but they more susceptible to infection and it is also caused by a genetic mutation, but it
cannot be included with the genetic type [17].
