How I unexpectedly ended up babysitting A few weeks ago my mother and older sister asked me if I wanted to go furniture shopping with them."Why didn't you answer me when I called earlier" I asked curiously "well my phone died and the kids forced me to play with them" I couldn't help but smile "alright I'll be there in a few minutes" "ok bye" she hung up. And I walked over to. My mother telling her about everything.I listen to some music as I stared at the window calmingly.I fished for my phone in my pocket then brought it up. I looked for her number in my contacts and called her.I was about to say no but they said there going to my grandmothers house after.I asked my mother if she could take me to my cousins house after.but she didn't respond.And hopped out the car.I waited as I scrolled through my phone.I agreed to go with them.Then got up to get dressed.We all got ready and headed to the car.As we headed to the store I thought of a idea.And she agreed but told me to call her to make sure she's home.

A few weeks ago my mother and older sister asked me if I wanted to go furniture shopping with them. I was about to say no but they said there going to my grandmothers house after. I agreed to go with them. Then got up to get dressed. We all got ready and headed to the car. I listen to some music as I stared at the window calmingly. As we headed to the store I thought of a idea. I asked my mother if she could take me to my cousins house after. And she agreed but told me to call her to make sure she’s home. I fished for my phone in my pocket then brought it up. I looked for her number in my contacts and called her. I put the phone to my ear as I waited….. but she didn’t respond. She’s probably not home I told my mother. A couple minutes later we arrived to the furniture store. And hopped out the car. I waited as I scrolled through my phone. Then I thought I should call my cousin again and so I did. I put the phone to my ear and to my surprise she picked up. “Hey uh are you home” I asked “yeah I’m home screaming in the background” I was confused so I asked “hey uh what’s with all the screaming” I asked again “sorry I’m babysitting my little brother and his friend there screaming like crazy” I chuckled and said “need some help?” “sure” “alright I’m coming but one more question” “yeah?” “Why didn’t you answer me when I called earlier” I asked curiously “well my phone died and the kids forced me to play with them” I couldn’t help but smile “alright I’ll be there in a few minutes” “ok bye” she hung up. And I walked over to. My mother telling her about everything. Then after they were done shopping. We hopped back to the car and drove to my cousins house. I got out the car and when I knocked on there door I was greeted by her brother his friend they stood there excitedly and my cousin that was standing right behind them. We headed upstairs and played Mario kart almost the whole time. The two kept screaming every time they won , then me and my cousin glance at each other and burst out laughing. It was definitely a day I would never forget.
