To avoid reopening this discussion at the start of every week, or during work or personal hours, I would like to clarify that I cannot agree to work in another city without proper financial compensation.Additionally, the notion that an engineer's role is interchangeable with that of a geologist does not reflect the proper distinctions between these professions, especially considering the importance of professional memberships that cannot be disregarded for convenience.

Additionally, the notion that an engineer’s role is interchangeable with that of a geologist does not reflect the proper distinctions between these professions, especially considering the importance of professional memberships that cannot be disregarded for convenience.

I was also surprised to learn that the company had obtained localization percentages for engineers, seemingly only on paper, without properly reflecting these positions. Furthermore, changing my job title from "Drilling Department Manager" to "Geologist" based on immediate needs does not align with proper review of HR policies.

In conclusion, I am open to working in any city within the Kingdom, provided that I retain my current job title as per the contract that binds us. After reviewing my personal file, if you still wish for me to work outside of Sakaka, please provide me with a new contract my current job title and adjusts salary and allowances according to the new location.
