The Electric Vehicles (EVs) are recently increased and become commercial.In MATLAB, their equivalent electrical circuit implemented using Simulink field.Academic and institutional researchers are producing hard efforts towards exploring different possible ways of charging vehicles, especially the wireless system with achieving a fast, reliable, and safe way.To evaluate the output and input power by COMSOL, the frequency and number of turns of coils are varied and draw the results are evaluated by MATLAB to get the optimum value of frequency and efficiency.Accordingly, wireless charging is essential as a preliminarily stage for the dynamic charging for the movable vehicles.This project is presented to design a prototype for wireless charging system based on inductively coupled power transfer technique.The modeling includes two systems that are represented in MATLAB and COMSOL programs.

The Electric Vehicles (EVs) are recently increased and become commercial. One of the main
parts of the electric vehicle is the electric batteries. Charging the electric vehicle batteries is a
challenge due to slow charging. In other words, the electric vehicle needs time to complete
the battery charge with the energy. Accordingly, wireless charging is essential as a
preliminarily stage for the dynamic charging for the movable vehicles. Academic and
institutional researchers are producing hard efforts towards exploring different possible ways
of charging vehicles, especially the wireless system with achieving a fast, reliable, and safe
way. For this reason, Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) systems have recently been receiving a
lot of attention in the academic literature. It gives to the vehicles the possibility to increase
their driving range and decrease their battery size, which are the main problems of the EVs.
This project is presented to design a prototype for wireless charging system based on
inductively coupled power transfer technique. The modeling includes two systems that are
represented in MATLAB and COMSOL programs. In MATLAB, their equivalent electrical
circuit implemented using Simulink field. This representation participates in studying the
electric parameters effectiveness. Using COMSOL, the physical implementation of the
wireless transfer power system is studied. To evaluate the output and input power by
COMSOL, the frequency and number of turns of coils are varied and draw the results are
evaluated by MATLAB to get the optimum value of frequency and efficiency. Based on the
highest output power, the system parameters have been selected. The prototype of wireless
charging system has been designed using two circular coils. Finally, the designed prototype
has been implemented experimentally to verify the performance.
