The core problem is how to remain relevant in a work environment increasingly influenced by automation. The challenge is balancing the technological evolution with maintaining and enhancing human-centric skills in a rapidly changing landscape.
Ideate:

One possible solution could be continuous learning and upskilling in areas where humans have the upper hand, such as leadership, emotional intelligence, and creativity. Additionally, incorporating AI tools into our workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, freeing up time for more strategic work, could be a valuable strategy.
Prototype:

I could create a learning plan that incorporates courses and certifications in AI, leadership, and design thinking. The prototype would be to apply these learnings within small projects to see how well these skills enhance my adaptability to new technologies and workflows.
