Findings showed that 72.2% of participants were female, and nearly half (47.2%) had 4–6 years of experience. Regarding antibiotic prescribing, the highest-rated practice was the initiation of empiric therapy in critical cases before culture results were available (mean = 4.19). Prior antibiotic exposure and chronic conditions such as diabetes and COPD were identified as significant contributors to antibiotic resistance. Infection control results revealed that consistent cleaning and disinfection practices were the most followed (mean = 3.51), while patient isolation and training programs were among the weakest areas.
