After completing my coop training, I can say that I am honored to have been a part of the team during my cooperative training period at Al Ansari Holding Company, specifically in the Human Resources Department.I have become very familiar with the specialty, and everything related to it practically and professionally, as well as the job requirements that relate to it. I suggest that Al Ansari Company increase the number of trainees in various departments so that final year students benefit from the company's business experiences, and also host open discussions with employees and trainees so that ideas and solutions are shared and conduct monthly evaluations for employees so that their strengths and weaknesses are revealed, and to work on improving their weaknesses.The training at Al Ansari Company helped me get used to discipline and sincerity at work, strengthened my self-confidence and my ability to bear responsibility, and enabled me to interact with the future work environment and deal with community members outside the college.

In addition, I now have a strong network of relationships with the training body (administrators and department employees) to help me make the learning process continuous for as long as possible and make it easier for me to engage in the work environment after graduation.
