The current study was conducted on the tourism which has become one of the important aspect not only in the developed world but in the developing world as well. over the past half century, the new phenomena has come in the notice which is known as the tourism education where the different number of students have started to study in the colleges and universities abroad. The main motive behind this aspect is to mingle the different culture and provide new insight to the students so that learn the new aspects of the culture. The growth of the international education has proven to provide a lot of advantages to the number of stakeholders of the higher education system. Along with that, it makes the student more competent in terms of the global market as well. Also, it helps to bring the focus on the international development in different manner. It has been argued that with the educational tourism the students are able to see the new methods of thinking about the challenges and how different expectation and beliefs of the local people can be changed. Whenever the people come in the exchange programs, they sometimes come with the bigger idea about their self and in the time of their stay in the other place they confront the ideas of the individualism, race based identity and even the consumerism. However, whenever the people go back, they go back with the much larger mindedness and hence one of the most common impacts of the people has on the educational tourism is the proficiency in the language and hence the more knowledge about the culture, politics and societies are learnt as well. The study has highlighted number of aspects regarding the exchange program.in the first part of the analysis, the study highlighted the experience of exchange students in UAE.
