Psychosocial impact and support
Psychosocial impacts were explored by asking parents on how they described their feeling and experience following perinatal loss. Table 4 shows that the majority of the mothers experienced sadness after loss, being depressed, having nightmares, and being worried. Despite these emotions, majority still had a desire to carry another pregnancy in the future. Almost all respondents received support from husband after perinatal loss. Three quarters of them received support from their parents, and half of the respondents also received support from friends and siblings.
