Procedure:

Mixing: 0.2 mL of LSPE is mixed with 0.4 mL of Folin-Ciocalteu (FC) reagent.

Reaction Time: The mixture is left at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Basification: 1 mL of sodium carbonate solution is added. This step creates a basic environment, which is necessary for the color development reaction.

Incubation: The final mixture is incubated at room temperature for 2 hours. During this time, a blue color develops.

Measurement: The intensity of the blue color is measured using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 765 nm.

Calculation and Results:
