I ensure that all documentation adheres to formal requirements and necessary standards.
Additionally, I lead my team in overseeing Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Reports, Non-Conformance Reports, and Readiness for Handing Over. I am involved in the initial planning stages of projects and scan all relevant documents for record-keeping purposes. Archiving documents is also part of my role.
I am accountable for managing the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of electronic and hard copy documents for the project. I create special monthly reports and dashboards to track progress. Furthermore, I am responsible for overseeing the document flow among various stakeholders.
