My topic was about three apps I used to improve my English: YouTube, Chambly, and Duolingo.I think the listeners felt interested in this topic because as Omani students we all strive to learn English, and these applications can be useful to us as students.STRENGTHS:- I think that my voice is loud and clear, because I tried to use words that are easy to pronounce, so the pronunciation of the words was clear and I had confidence in pronouncing them.I didn't use my hands to convey information while speaking, and I probably looked at the ceiling and floor a little out of nervousness as well.Finally, I see that I must improve myself and develop my weaknesses, the most important of which is stress, which was the reason that made me forget what I was supposed to say and be unable to concentrate.Because of this, I forgot what I was supposed to say and repeated words and sentences more than once, which was considered a mistake.

I think the listeners felt interested in this topic because as Omani students we all strive to learn English, and these applications can be useful to us as students. I felt like everyone was listening silently, so I think that was proof of their interest in the topic.
STRENGTHS:-
I think that my voice is loud and clear, because I tried to use words that are easy to pronounce, so the pronunciation of the words was clear and I had confidence in pronouncing them. I tried to move and focus on everyone, which added to my confidence a little. Finally, I traced the ideas in the order that helped me remember the words of the speech more.
WEAKNESSES:-
My biggest problem was stress. Because of this, I forgot what I was supposed to say and repeated words and sentences more than once, which was considered a mistake. I didn't use my hands to convey information while speaking, and I probably looked at the ceiling and floor a little out of nervousness as well. Finally, I did not care about the supposed time of 4 minutes and continued the conversation. This is because I prepared many things to say, so time passed without me finishing half of the speech, so I took more time.
Finally, I see that I must improve myself and develop my weaknesses, the most important of which is stress, which was the reason that made me forget what I was supposed to say and be unable to concentrate.
I think that to develop my weakness, I must practice a lot, focus on breathing, try to relax more, and focus only on the speech, not on the people. And I think that I must start from now. I must do my best in training so that next time I will be better.
