The study (Okmen & Kilic, 2019) aimed to reveal the effect of using flipped classrooms on
students’ academic achievement in English language lessons for school students in Turkey, and to reveal students’ opinions
about the tasks within the scope of this model. The study used the qualitative approach, and as
for the study tools, The readiness test, the achievement test, the interview tool, the task evaluation form, and
the daily reflective video recordings of the training course were relied upon as data collection tools. The results
concluded that the flipped learning model had a positive impact on the students’ academic achievement and that
their academic achievement gradually increased in all reading skills. And listening and speaking.
