• B.A with angina : the preferred medication for this condition is verapamil.Types of CCBs: 1_Cardiac selective: (non_dihydrophyridines).5 decrease platelets aggregation.(decrease thrombosis) .2_Vascular selective:(dihydrophyridines).1_ decrease myocardial O2 demand.4_ decrease call necrosis.( reflex tachycardia ) .*Verapamil.*Diltiazem.*Nifedipine.

• B.A with angina : the preferred medication for this condition is verapamil.


• CHF with angina: the preferred medication is Amlodipine and Verapamil is not preferred in this case.
