The organization has a rich history, having been established in the UAE over two decades ago. Since its inception, ELF has been committed to delivering high-quality, innovative lighting solutions to its customers. As with any organization, ELF has experienced numerous changes over the years, both internal and external. For instance, the organization has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, with the introduction of new technologies and processes aimed at improving efficiency and productivity. To provide an example of how managing change and innovation is critical to business success, consider the case of Kodak, a company that failed to adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
