On the one hand, many people believe that working part-time can be highly rewarding, they
believe it is a beneficial idea for a number of important reasons. First, it helps students gain
financial independence. Second, it is useful for improving personality, as it develops their skills
and give them a valuable work experience. Finally, part-time job can teach pupils time
management, responsibility, balancing work with personal-life and studying effectively.
In contrast, there are arguments against students working part-time. Many people feel that it
has many disadvantages, One of the disadvantages is that it may negatively affect students'
academic performance, as it consumes time and energy needed for studying. Moreover, it can
lead to stress and burnout, as students struggle to balance work, study and personal life. In
addition, some jobs may exploit students, offering low pay and poor working conditions.
In conclusion, everything in our life is a double-edged weapon. It can be dark or bright, positive
or negative. On balance, it can be said that part-time jobs is beneficial if well-managed, as it has
the ability to enhance people's lives. It depends on the way students balance their priorities.
