Omrah is one of the large-scale mass gatherings and is culturally diverse that poses significant challenges in detection, tracking, and recognition. To address these challenges, we propose a System of Intelligent Visions in Crowds (SIVIC) that leverages technological advancements in Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to ensure the safety and security of pilgrims. The SIVIC employs novel approaches to intelligently control and track crowds' movements. The approaches involve CV algorithms to identify and track pilgrims, AI to analyze crowd behavior and predict potential risks. Overall, the SIVIC provides a promising system to intelligently controlling crowds in large-scale gatherings such as the Omrah. The outcomes of this project have significant implications for decision-makers who are engaged in managing crowds and seeking to apply crowd control technologies, supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be at the forefront in crowd management and control.
