One country that has embraced this vision is Oman, a nation located on the southeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula. With its ambitious Oman Vision 2040, the country envisions transforming its urban centers into smart and sustainable cities that are equipped with cutting-edge infrastructure, efficient resource management systems, and a high quality of life for its citizens.

Oman, known for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauty, recognizes the importance of balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability and social well-being. Under this vision, Oman aims to create smart and sustainable cities that are adaptable, resilient, and responsive to the needs of its rapidly growing population.

The development of smart and sustainable cities in Oman is driven by several key objectives. Firstly, the country seeks to enhance the livability of its urban areas by improving infrastructure, transportation networks, and public services.
