Ethos, representing character and image, are crucial for leadership as they influence public perception and communication. A strong ethos is built on self-awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling leaders to manage their emotions, understand others, and navigate conflicts. This ability to empathize and motivate others contributes to effective decision-making and leadership.

Ethos are important to me because they speak to deeper, more substantive qualities. They represent the "image" because the audience first forms opinions about the leader mostly based on surface-level observations. However, ethos are more closely associated with character, which the audience assesses in light of the culture in which they interact. Positive ethos , in my opinion, are more appealing and convincing to a leader, which facilitates public influence, persuasion, and communication.
Also, I am able to manage my emotions through my self-awareness Emotional intelligence and the ability to control, identify, and understand one's own feelings as well as those of others are prerequisites for effective leadership. I am able to manage pressures, identify and control my emotions, regulate my emotions, identify and control other personality types, and control potential conflicts resulting from differences in personalities and points of view. The capacity to make better decisions by understanding people's needs and how to effectively inspire and motivate them while also taking into account their sentiments.
