Art. 29. - The resources of the organizations provided for in article 25 above are made up of a contribution payable by affiliated employer organizations.
The rate and base of the contribution are fixed by law.
Art. 30. - Within the framework of the provisions of this law, the fund for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases provided for in article 74 of law no. 83-13 due July 2, 1983 relating to accidents at work and diseases professional, contributes to the funding of specific programmed actions, with a view to preventing accidents at work and occupational diseases.
The terms of application of this article are set by regulation.

CONTROL
Art. 31. Supervision of the application of legislation on health, safety and occupational medicine is the responsibility of the labor inspectorate, in accordance with its powers.

When violations of this legislation are found, the labor inspector gives notice to the head of the employing organization to comply with the requirements of the law and the regulations in force.
The latter sets a deadline for the employing body to put an end to said infringements, in accordance with the legislation in force.
