‏where I honed my customer service skills and learned the importance of creating a positive first impression.

‏My strengths lie in my exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. I am fluent in Arabic and English, which enables me to effectively communicate with guests from various cultural backgrounds. I am confident in my ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism, ensuring that guests feel valued and heard.

‏While I strive for excellence, I am also aware of my weaknesses and continuously work on improving them. One area I am actively developing is my ability to handle stressful situations. However, I firmly believe that my strong determination and willingness to learn will help me overcome any challenges that may arise.

‏Thank you for considering my application. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the success of Intercity Hotel and provide exceptional service to its guests. I look forward to the possibility of discussing my application further in an interview.
