This study aims to identify Modern communication technology and it's role in improving public servise, Algeria postal corporation, oum el voyageur, and to highlight the importance of relying on it, as it as one of the most important reasons for developing and facilitating work in any institution on the one hand, Wat is the role of modern communication technology in improving the public service at the Algiers postal corporation oum el bouaghi?
Herce, the study questions comme as follows :
What are the motives for the use of algiers post oum el bouaghi for modern communication technology.
What are the service that require the use of modern communication technology to provide?
What are the obstacles that Algeria posts oum el bouaghi face while providing the public service by means of modern communication technology
This study belongs to the descriptive studies to describe the relation ship between modern communication technology and the public service, we have relied on the survey method as the oppropriate method for this study, and that using a sample survey, and the research community was all the employees who belong to the postal centers in the city of oum el bouaghi, whose number was estimated at 109, where we selected a sample from the original community, which included 60 individuals, a questionnaire was distributed to them which was divided into four exes main, therefore, this study was divided into tree main framework :
The methodological framework in which we we dealt with (the problem, questions of the study, reasons for choosing, previous studies, terminology and concepts of study, areas of study, the theoretical background of the study, the research community and it's sample, don't collection tools).
The theoretical framework we covered:
Chapter one: under the title of modern communication technology, from its concept, historical development, characteristics, functions, forms, advantages, and disadvantages).
The second chapter, was under the title of public service, it contains it's concept, characteristics, types, principles, objectives, and the role of modern communication technology in activating public service.
Field from: we used a main tool represented in a questionnaire form, confined to three exes, in addition the sample characteristics axis, after going to the field collecting them, then unloading them, and analyzing them, we reached a number of results, the most important of which are :

The main motive of the implication of modern communication technology in the organization is to eliminate the shortcoming suffered by the tradition management.
Modern communication technology has brought about a renewal in the organization work and relieving pressure.
The services that require the use of modern communication technology are financial services and obtaining an email card.
Modern communication technology has contributed to increasing the efficiency of service provision.
The institution S employees see that modern communication technology has few negatives, and that the most obstacles are financial and human.
