Sequence of operation or Procedure to prepare both given shapes in Sheet metal :
1 ) Draw 2D / 3D sketches as per scale .
2 ) Draw the development considering all lines must be a " True Length "
3 ) Construct the base of the given shape .
4 ) Construct the two sides of the given shape .
5 ) Construct the two ends of the given shape .
6 ) Set 5mm extra , allowance on side face for joining the corners by seaming .
7 ) Notch the points to prevent bulging on seaming
8 ) Cut the development shape on lines by using paper cutting scissor
9 ) Place and fix the development on given G.P sheet by using Sticker .
10 ) Punch two points on each bending line .
11 ) Mark the boundary line by using Marking Pen .
12 ) Remove the paper development join the two punch points by a scriber or marking pen .
13 ) Shear the boundary lines by hand snip .
14 ) Flattening the sheet by using mallet on flatter .
15 ) Always bend the seaming line first and remaining lines to get the desired shape by forming .
16 ) Finish the surface keeping on stake to shape .
17 ) Solder the joint .
18 ) Finish surface finishing and complete the given shape
