Leave Entitlement and Scheduling The second party can enjoy their annual leave or unpaid leave during the academic year, whether it is a long break or between semesters, as well as during the summer holiday.The employee is entitled to full pay during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays, as determined by the Minister of Human Resources and the executive regulations of the Labor Law.The second party is also entitled to other special leaves as stipulated by the law, provided the conditions for entitlement are met.

Leave Entitlement and Scheduling
The second party can enjoy their annual leave or unpaid leave during the academic year, whether it is a long break or between semesters, as well as during the summer holiday. This will be scheduled in accordance with the assessment of the first party of the work needs, without objection from the second party. The first party has the right to determine the appropriate time for the leave of the employee. The employee is entitled to full pay during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays, as determined by the Minister of Human Resources and the executive regulations of the Labor Law. The second party is also entitled to other special leaves as stipulated by the law, provided the conditions for entitlement are met. In case of emergency, force majeure, or any actions by the government that make it difficult for either party to implement the terms of the contract, the second party acknowledges the right of the first party, at its sole discretion, to take one of the following actions: reduce the salary of the employee based on the actual working hours, allow the employee to work remotely, grant the employee leave deducted from their annual entitlement, or provide exceptional unpaid leave.
