Quality Control has observed that candidates applying for EASA licence and QC approvals are approaching approval holders to stamp claimed worksheets that are back dated.
All approval holders are instructed to only stamp worksheets at the same time of task execution. No approval holder should stamp back dated worksheets even if the candidate provides him/her with the evidence of the task execution. (Copies of Tech log-defect cards, task cards etc...)
The purpose of this circular is to ensure the authenticity of trainee engineer / mechanic actual participation of task and claimed worksheets.
Any deviation from the above instructions will lead to Quality Control disciplinary action and delay in processing the applications.
