Criteria for Adequate Breastfeeding:
- Feeding Frequency and Duration: Newborns should breastfeed 8-12 times a day, with each session lasting 10-20 minutes per breast.

- Maternal Signs: The mother should feel a let-down reflex, experience softer breasts after feeding, and not have persistent pain or nipple damage.
- Overall Health and Growth: The baby should have a healthy appearance, with good skin color and muscle tone, and meet appropriate growth and developmental milestones.
